Prices
The prices of the products in our webshop are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.

How can I place an order?
You can place an order by first selecting the desired product and placing it in your shopping cart via the icon or the "Shopping cart" button. Then click on the green "Checkout" button and fill in your details such as name, address, city, e-mail and telephone number. You must agree to the general terms and conditions and then click on the green "Confirm order" button. On the payment page you check the order and your details and choose a payment method. As soon as you click on the green "Pay" button you will be redirected to the payment provider where you can give the payment order. Then you will return to the website and see the result of your payment. After successful payment you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of your order.

Online payment & payment methods
You can pay for your order safely online. The payment is carried out by the payment provider Mollie BV. The connection between your computer and the webshop/payment page is secured with SSL encryption. The payment methods offered are:

• iDeal (if you have a Dutch bank account)
• PayPal
• Sofort banking

No transaction costs will be charged to you as a customer.

Shipping costs and delivery
The delivery time varies per product. Consult the relevant product page for the actual delivery time. If you have any questions about delivery times and availability, please send an email to info@decobyjo.nl.

The shipping costs for packages depend on the daily price. Packages are shipped via PostNL or via Rhenus Logistics. Large products will be shipped per pallet. On the product page, in the shopping cart and on the payment page you can see which shipping costs apply to your order.

Warranty
A number of new products are covered by the legal warranty. This means that a product that is not or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. We deliver a large number of products in the condition as it is and are purchased in the condition as seen or described. These products cannot be returned. If you have any doubts about the condition of your purchase, please contact info@decobyjo.nl.

Returns
The right of withdrawal does not apply to our products, the products on the website of decobyjo.nl are of such a nature that they are not impulse purchases. We assume that purchases have been well considered.

Only products that are under warranty can be returned with an approved return request in consultation. You must return or hand over the goods to us as soon as possible, in any case no later than 14 days after the approved return request. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods and / or return costs of your ordered goods. (Return costs consist of the wholesaler's return costs and the shipping costs to the wholesaler). Return the product unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging if reasonably possible. We may wait with reimbursement until we or the wholesaler have received and processed the goods.

Complaints handling
We do our utmost to serve you as best as possible. If you are not satisfied with our products or services, we kindly request that you contact us via the contact page or by telephone on 06-86692721. You will receive a response to your complaint within 10 working days. If you believe that we have not handled your complaint to your satisfaction, you can always contact the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR) via this website.
